Can you describe all the features

Sure, we know it can be overwhelming as we do offer many features.

1) Complete sales CRM with pipelines and sales performance analytics. You can create many pipelines. E.g. it´s recommend to have e.g. one cold outreach pipeline and if you run ads on Facebook you could create a pipeline that automatically receives all the leads that sign up through your paid campaigns. This way it´s very easy to evaluate if the marketing investment is profitable.

2) Multi-channel communication through your dashboard on desktop or with our phone app. Basically whenover anyone writes on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Google Business, emails or sends you a text you can instantly reply to them directly from your mobile phone app.

3) Website design and sales copy wrting (we offer this optional/custom for you, always recommened if your current website doesn´t convert visitors into leads / booked appointments).

4) Reputation management. We offer both pre-made email / text message campaings and a feature to stop customers from posting a negative review but instead notify you so you can help make the unsatisfied customer happy before posting a review.

5) Email and sms marketing including advanced automation and "triggers". An example of how to use this is when you or your sales reps has sent an offer and normally would have to remember to follow up. With our system you can send both an email and sms automatically requsting the lead to accept the offer or request a new call for questions.

How long is the contract length?

You can try our platform 7 days for free. If you don´t wish to continue you can cancel within that period.

If you begin using our CRM you simply pay on a month to month basis, upfront.

If you cancel before the following billing period has been charged (latest 24 hours before) your subscription will end after the current period has ended.

How much time should I commit to getting the system setup?

Good question.

We have a set of marketing automations, pipelines, emails and text templates that we pre-load into your account so it´s as close to plug-n-play as it can be.

Together we go through everything on your onboarding call. So the tech side of things is very minimal on your end.

In total before all your current leads / proscpects are imported and everything customized to match your preferences you should expect 2-3 hours including our onboarding calls.
